Brian Strandes

Owner & President

Brian is President of both 9 to 5 Search and its sister company, 10 til 2. After purchasing 10 til 2 in 2015, Brian expanded the brand to more fully envelop and address the changing employment needs of Denver businesses. His fearless leadership, genuine concern for his clients, and infectious smile are the foundation of our company culture. Prior to staffing and recruiting, Brian spent most of his career running a successful orthopedic implant distributorship. Brian gets jazzed by helping people grow in their careers, and businesses grow in their market sector. He is active in the community, having served on the Greenwood Village Board of Adjustments & Appeals, and currently as Commissioner of the Planning & Zoning Commission.  He is also one heck of a youth football coach.

Bronwyn Jones

Lead Recruiter & Account Manager

Bronwyn has been staffing and recruiting for more than 15 years, including technical recruiting, retained executive recruiting, and contingency staffing and recruiting. With a degree in Mass Communications from DU and a background in commercial writing, her experience and broad industry knowledge make Bronwyn an exceptional recruiter. Her early years in print media specifically helped develop her talents and skills in researching, writing, sourcing and interviewing people. Bronwyn is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, organized and efficient; but make no mistake, behind that polish, expertise and poise lie both a sharp wit and a contagious laugh.

Sophia Bradford

Office Operations Manager

Having been with the company since 2006, Sophia is by far our longest tenured employee. She is also the unflappable heart and soul of the office. Hers is the friendly voice that will likely answer your phone call; and her expertise enhances and supports literally every aspect of our business. A native of Colorado, Sophia graduated from Metropolitan State College with a degree in Hotel Management & Travel Administration. In her spare time, Sophia likes cooking, traveling, Greek dancing, hiking, camping and spending time with her family.

Kerri Catel

Staffing & Recruiting Specialist

Kerri thrives in staffing and recruiting because she easily connects with people. She studied abroad in London while completing her degree in Communications from CU Boulder, and she loves traveling to experience diverse cultures.  Kerri previously worked as a real estate broker, where she honed her skills in researching and interviewing potential partners, buyers and sellers. We were lucky enough to snatch her up when she decided she wanted a position that allowed her more time with her family. Kerri has the gift of zeroing in on what makes each candidate special and, in turn, finding that perfect employee for our clients. Kerri volunteers her time to causes she holds dear, sits on the board of a nonprofit that provides therapeutic horseback riding, and loves to ski and hike.
